We encourage all buyers to carefully read this policy before placing an order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free return process, allowing buyers to return a product within 15 days if they are not satisfied. To initiate a return, please notify our customer support at customersupport@adiakshoy.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Please keep the following points in mind:

For Domestic Orders:

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-4 business days.
  • A quality check will be conducted to ensure the product is in proper condition before issuing a refund, credit note, or exchange.
  • All online purchases must be returned via courier partners - in-store exchanges are not available.

For International Orders:

  • Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for international shipments.
  • Feel free to contact us via email, call, or WhatsApp for any queries before making a purchase.

Conditions Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

  • Request made after 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or altered.
  • Items with missing parts, such as blouse fabric cut from a saree.
  • Customized products (e.g., fall & pico addition, pre-stitched sarees, tailored blouses).
  • Additional items received as part of a promotional offer.

If a returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to the buyer, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing customersupport@adiakshoy.com with the order details and reason.
  • If the cancellation is made before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If a dispatched order is refused upon delivery, handling charges will be deducted from the refund.

Defective/Damaged Products

We take quality seriously, but in case of any manufacturing defects, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or refund.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at customersupport@adiakshoy.com with your order ID and photos/videos of the issue immediately after receiving it.
  • Handwoven sarees may have slight irregularities in weave, pattern, or edges—these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.
  • If the package appears tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, return it to the delivery person and notify us immediately.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or returns.
  • For domestic orders, exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused and undamaged.
  • Customized products (e.g., pre-stitched sarees, tailored blouses) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • For return/exchange requests, email customersupport@adiakshoy.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, we will cover the handling charges.
  • Once we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted before approving the refund/exchange.
  • If the same product is unavailable, buyers can choose another product from our website.
  • If the exchanged product costs less, the difference can be refunded or credited for future purchases.
  • Domestic customers can request a free reverse pickup.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The refund will be processed after deducting a Rs. 200 shipping charge, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used by the client during checkout.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used for new purchases and cannot be adjusted during an exchange.

Before purchasing, please note the following:

  1. Product weights mentioned online are approximate.
  2. Product descriptions provide key details about the item.
  3. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  4. Some fabric characteristics may not be visible in images—our team can provide additional photos/videos upon request.
  5. Loose threads in sarees are part of traditional weaving techniques and are not defects.
  6. Handloom products will always have slight variations, making each piece unique.

Return Product Video Requirement

For all product returns, we require a clear video of the product in its original condition, showing all parts, tags, and packaging. This video helps us verify any defects, damages, or missing items and ensures a seamless return process.
